As a good worker, you must consider about your health. So, to overcome this tiredness, you must do some of this following suggestions:
- Don’t forget to have your breakfast, lunch and dinner. Eat regularly and ofcourse you will have enough power and nutrition.
- Do exercise every thirty minutes of your working time. Keep your body relax.
- Don’t forget to have enough drink. The function of the body will be dropped if our body is lack of water.
- Enough sleep.
