Surmounting Exhaustion while Working

Many people complain about tiredness while they are working. They work everyday, every time, and ofcourse they will loss their power. If they often get tired, they will have Anemia.





As a good worker, you must consider about your health. So, to overcome this tiredness, you must do some of this following suggestions:
  1. Don’t forget to have your breakfast, lunch and dinner. Eat regularly and ofcourse you will have enough power and nutrition.
  2. Do exercise every thirty minutes of your working time. Keep your body relax.
  3. Don’t forget to have enough drink. The function of the body will be dropped if  our body is lack of water.
  4. Enough sleep.
